We ended our trip with a few days in Portland for the Rose Festival
We met up with a big group of guys at the Holiday Inn where we had rooms set up to watch the Rose Parade.
And a few meals.
And a few cocktails on the roof.
We did some sight seeing, including a trip to the zoo (along with 20 bus loads of school kids for their last week of
school field trip!) and the science museum. It was quick ride to downtown on the
street cars
I got this tie dyed shirt at the street fair in
downtown Portland.
Then we went home Sunday afternoon
